First Signs of Spring Community Health Fair

Angel Foundation™ will be hosting a table at the “First Signs of Spring: Community Health Fair” hosted at Grace Evangelical Free Church on Saturday, March 25th, from 11am to 2pm. The fair is intended to help attendees understand how to jumpstart their journeys to better health by providing resources to support simple, healthy lifestyle changes.
Admission to the event is free. Just a few of the opportunities provided include:
