Twin Cities-based Angel Foundation provides emergency financial assistance, education and support to local adults with cancer and their families. Since 2001, Angel Foundation has provided more than $7 million in emergency financial assistance and has provided more than 25,000 services to local individuals.
When cancer strikes, Angel Foundation offers two programs: Emergency Financial Assistance and Facing Cancer Together. Both programs help adults living with cancer and their families gain a level of control over their lives during a time of great uncertainty:
Are you or a loved one (18 years or older) struggling with finances during cancer treatment? Learn more about our Emergency Financial Assistance program, providing assistance for basic, non-medical living expenses, such as food, gas, utilities and housing payments.
Recognizing that the whole family is affected by a cancer diagnosis, our Facing Cancer Together program helps adult cancer patients and their families develop communication and coping strategies to combat the stress and anxiety that often accompany a cancer diagnosis.
