We are excited to announce the theme for our 2017 camps:
CALLING ALL SUPERHEROES
Camp Angel provides three days of peer support and therapeutic activities for children and teens (kindergarten-18) with a parent or caregiver who has (or has had) cancer. Camp provides a unique opportunity for children and teens to have fun and enjoy intentional and meaningful camp activities led by trained volunteers and staff.
- Three-day camp, 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., June 15-17 or August 15-17 at Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
- Ages kindergarten – 12 (must have already attended kindergarten) attend day camp. Teens (Ages 13-18) stay overnight
- There will be a family celebration in the late afternoon of the final day of camp
“The kids love it! They see other kids in similar situations coping and they are encouraged that they can cope too.”
