Talking about an adult’s cancer diagnosis with children can seem overwhelming. Angel Packs™ are a free resource filled with tools and activities to help families discuss cancer in an age-appropriate and comforting way.

Angel Packs™ are free to patients living or being treated in our service area: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Olmsted, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, St. Croix (WI), St. Louis, Washington, or Wright Counties.
