Adult & Family Programs

What are our Adult & Family Programs (AFP)?

Adult & Family Programs provide education and social offerings designed to help families and individuals emotionally and practically after a loved one is diagnosed. The high cost of treatment can limit finances for extras like entertainment and dining out, but Angel Foundation™ understands the importance of spending time together. Making Memories invites families to attend sporting events, theater productions, and other fun activities. Educational Classes are available for all ages on topics like nutrition, commonly asked health insurance questions, and much more. Angel Packs™ provide age-appropriate kits to help adults talk to children about cancer, help children understand what cancer is using evidence-based research to provide accurate and easily digestible information.

All of our Adult & Family Programs are accessible through the same online portal, linked below. Please note that the application for an Angel Pack™ requires the patient’s oncology clinic to complete a Medical Information Form before the application can be processed.
