Thirteen Annual Angel & Eagles Golf Classic Slated for July 27

Last summer, 147 golfers at Angel Foundation’s Angel & Eagles Golf Classic raised more than $200,000 for local adults with cancer and their families.

They aim to do it again this year Monday, July 27, at Minnesota Valley Country Club in Bloomington at Angel Foundation’s 13th annual Angel & Eagles Golf Classic.

The annual event is a key fundraiser for the Minnesota nonprofit organization that, since 2001, has provided more than $5 million in non-medical emergency financial assistance to local adults with cancer and their families and has helped more than 24,000 people through its programs.

The popular golf event, which to date has raised more than $1 million total, is a sellout each year, featuring 18 holes of golf on an exclusive, classically styled course, a golf clinic led by a Master PGA professional, barbecue lunch, awards, prizes, entertainment, silent and live auctions, dinner and more.

This year, the dinner program will be hosted by KFAN’s Common Man, Dan Cole.
