Camp Angel 2022 Registration

Camp Angel on August 10th-12th is a traditional summer day camp experience that provides three days of “serious and silly” for children, preteens, and teens who have or have had a parent, grandparents, or caregiver with cancer. This form must be filled out for each camper you would like to attend camp!

Camp is  located at Camp Edenwood, 6350 Indian Chief Rd. Eden Prairie, MN 55346
