Dear Friend,

On June 1, cancer survivors from all over the country will gather together to celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day. This is a day of celebration for those who have survived, an inspiration for those recently diagnosed, a gathering of support for families and an outreach to the community.

Participants in various events will unite to show the world that life after a cancer diagnosis can be meaningful, productive and even inspiring. It is a day for everyone – because I can’t think of a single person who hasn’t been touched by cancer.

Since I was diagnosed with breast cancer recently, I have much to celebrate, and I’ll be doing so on June 1. I hope you will, too! Please consider this your personal invitation:

Please come to Normandale Lake Park, Bloomington, Sunday, June 1, for Hope in Motion, a 5K & Family Walk presented by our good friends at Minnesota Oncology. Angel Foundation is a beneficiary of the event proceeds, and I can’t think of a more perfect way to celebrate survivorship on this important day. For more information and to register, click here.

Thank you, as always, for your support.

Margie Sborov, Founder, Angel Foundation

p.s. When you register, please choose “Angel Foundation” as beneficiary of your registration proceeds. Thank you!
