Duluth Making Memories: Yoga Morning Movement

Angel Foundation’s Making Memories program invites current and former cancer patients to enjoy a morning of movement at Yoga North in Duluth. The experienced instructors at Yoga North will lead folks who have been impacted by cancer through a yoga practice geared towards reducing pain. The practice will focus on Somatic and SomaYoga movements to re-educate the muscles on how to relieve stress and stay relaxed.

This event will take place on Saturday, February 22nd at 10:30 to 11:45 am at Yoga North (310 E Superior St, Ste 120, Duluth, MN 55802). This class is only open for current and former cancer patients due to limited space and the focus on pain relief.
