Financial Cancer Care Workshop – Virtual
The Financial Cancer Care workshop is an introductory course, offered virtually for this session. A volunteer Certified Financial Planner® oversees and facilitates the course. Financial Cancer Care helps patients affected by cancer and their loved ones learn how to “Get Your Financial House” in order. This program teaches participants how to create a budget and a saving strategy, start a financial roadmap, or plan for retirement to help participants feel more confident in their financial knowledge.
This program provides introductory-level education about how to improve your financial plan. After the class, if you need further assistance, Financial Cancer Care will connect you with a Certified Financial Planner® for up to three free one-on-one sessions depending on your needs. When you complete your one-on-one session(s) with your Certified Financial Planner®, you will be awarded a second $250 gift card stipend.
