Camp Angel

Camp Angel provides three days of peer support and therapeutic activities for children and teens (6-18) with a parent or caregiver who has (or has had) cancer. Camp provides a unique opportunity for children and teens to have fun and enjoy intentional and meaningful camp activities led by trained volunteers and staff.

  • Three-day camp at Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The June session of Camp Angel will be held June 22 – 24 and the August session of Camp Angel will be held August 16 – 18.
  • Ages 5 – 12 attend day camp (Children must have already attended kindergarten and are required to turn 6 by September 1, 2018)
  • Teens (ages 13-18) stay overnight
  • There will be a family celebration in the late afternoon of the final day of camp

“The kids love it! They see other kids in similar situations coping and they are encouraged that they can cope too.”
