Dear friends,

For years, I have been telling my story. How and why I started Angel Foundation. How we’ve grown. How, with your help, we’ve been able to provide nearly $4 million in emergency financial assistance to local adults with cancer and their families, and help more than 20,000 people through our programs.

Today I’m writing to tell you about the next chapter of my story.

In December, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had a mastectomy. I am now not just empathizing with, but living the life of an adult with cancer.

I am blessed not to need the services of Angel Foundation. But now, more than ever before, I am thankful that the organization exists to help those who do. I am grateful for so many of you who have supported our growth through the years.

I hope you will join me at the 12th annual Angel Gala Jan. 25 at the Hilton Minneapolis. Our theme this year, Together We Believe, is especially meaningful to me now. Together, we can do even more. Thank you for walking beside me.

Gratefully,

Margie Sborov
Founder, Angel Foundation
