Adult & Family Programs
What are our Adult & Family Programs?
Adult & Family Programs provide education and social activities designed to help families and individuals emotionally and practically after a loved one is diagnosed with cancer. See below for program descriptions. Only one application is needed to participate in any or all of our Adult and Family Programs. To register for Making Memories events, click the link below and follow the registration instructions, or see step-by-step directions here.
Making Memories
When the financial burden of cancer becomes overwhelming, spending money on dining out and entertainment is often the first thing to go. The Making Memories Program provides current and past cancer patients and their families opportunities to spend quality time together at no cost to them.
- Connects families to tickets to sporting events, museum visits, theater productions, and other fun activities.
- Allows for families impacted by cancer to meet and form relationships with other families impacted by cancer.
- Open to survivors and patients currently in treatment.
- Offered each month in the Twin Cities Metro, St. Louis County, and Olmsted County.
Educational Programs
Educational Programs are available for all ages on topics like nutrition, commonly asked health insurance questions, and much more. In-person and virtual events are planned throughout the year.
